"We are waiting at the job site and have a 2-hour period to ‘bump in’. As usual Bob is 30 minutes late with the truck with all the gear. The company will be levied for breach now. Also you need to know that Bob uses the fuel card for his and his wife’s cars."

The call resulted in an investigation which revealed that Bob had unlawfully used $2874.40 in fuel and had been responsible for breach expenses amounting to $11,220 in the past 24 months.

The call resulted in an investigation which identified Richard being at work under the influence of alcohol and in breach of company policy. His employment was terminated. The investigation further revealed numerous personnel had real concerns regarding their safety working with Richard prior to his departure.

The call resulted in an investigation which revealed that the Bursar had misappropriated over $260,000 of school funds, using school funds, had four (4) car leases for his family and made payment of $25,000 for his daughter’s wedding.

The call resulted in an investigation which identified over 398 hours of incorrectly explained overtime payments and ninety-seven false invoices to the value of $178,898.

The call resulted in an investigation which found five (5) suppliers had been paid $21,293,098 over six (6) years for the supply of $10,304,590 worth of stock and that the difference of $11M had been shared between suppliers, Barry (Purchasing Officer) and Zach over that period.

The call resulted in an investigation into the CCTV system and confirmed the allegations and Andrew was dismissed. A further investigation found evidence that Andrew had been stealing meat of an unknown quantity.
